We saw this in our travels this week. This old Chrysler was tucked away in the corner of a rustic restaurant parking area. Tried to find the exact model but its been a challenge. Wife first thought it was a Pontiac when she saw the face on the hood. I didn’t get to check it out closer because we were traveling with others who were too hungry to slow down for 5 minutes.

Trim appears to correspond to a Windsor.

I was going to guess late 40s/early 50s Imperial, but I think Ramblin is correct. Where was it in VA? We’ve got alot of old interesting iron tucked away in the valleys/woods in my part of the state (southwest).

Was in Wytheville at the 1776 Log Cabin. The food there is excellent, superb even. Four of us had a fantastic meal there. If you get the chance you need to go. Interesting to eat in a 200+ year old structure that still solid as a rock.

I was thinking that but the front turn lamps don’t look correct in any picture I found.

There seems to be some variation in bumper options and signals in use, but ‘50 Windsor based on the specific version of the aluminum lower rear fender trim and pieces used on the front fenders. I think I can say it with certainty. If the lights aren’t the ones in these two pictures (I think they are), it’s possible they’ve been replaced with very similar.

I think you nailed it, looks correct on all details.
